Why do you enjoy being an agent?
It is the most rewarding job I could ever imagine doing! To help my clients in selling, and/or finding their first or next home, is a true passion! The relationships I form on a daily basis with colleagues and clients, are everlasting. My career as a Realtor has brought out all of my natural strengths, and put them to work for whomever I serve.
What can you tell us about you?
Whenever I’m not hard at work for my clients, I am spending my time with my wonderful husband Jordan, and two boys Ezra and Santino. I am originally from the Fingerlakes, but have made Rochester my home for over 12 years now! I love cooking, yoga, playing almost any sport (when I get the time!), playing the piano, being with family and traveling! I am a firm believer that what’s meant to be, will be!
What sets you and your business apart from other agents?
I really connect with my clients, because making sure they have the best experience is my top priority! I also educate them throughout the process, so they feel like they’ve learned a whole lot more about homeownership before they close! My financial background as an experienced CPA, also sets me apart. I’m able to cut through the clutter of home buying and break things down for my clients in a way that’s easy to comprehend. It’s the biggest purchase they will make, and it’s important to me to make sure they understand every piece of the financial puzzle. Most of all, I strive for a fun and stress-free process!

Where to start with sharing what we love about Jacquie! She started as a family friend and with one contact she became our realtor. My husband and I are extremely happy with the service that Jacqueline gave us. She went above and beyond what we expected. She really cared about our situation and showed it. When we had a leak on our porch, she ran over that night with a super large tarp. When we needed her to go to bat for us, she did so without a hesitation. Jacqueline was quick to return phone calls and did not sit on anything. We had to do a lot of things long distance, so she was a great help with that. Great realtor! I can’t recommend enough and have done so to several friends. Everyone has been happy. I was very picky and Jacquie was super patient with me. My favorite part was that she was so good on the numbers. When everyone else was simply offering as much as they could Jacquie made sure we only offered what a house was worth. She is great on the numbers and I think this is from her background as an accountant. Ultimately I got a great deal. Also, as a first time buyer I was very overwhelmed by the whole process. She did a great job of explaining everything to me and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Jacquie is great and you will be super happy if you put her on your team.
