Why do you enjoy being an agent?

I, born into a family of REALTORS® and Real Estate Developers, grew up with an affinity to the real estate business. My family: father, aunt, uncles, and grandfather, all developed/built and sold real estate in Greater Rochester and beyond since the early 1960s. In 2002, near the end of my college career studying business administration in Tampa, I earned my real estate license and started my own path in real estate. As a young child I would marvel at the birth of a home and look forward to my visits to the building sites with my father Alan. I loved to see the dirt lot turn into a house, then into someone’s home. I love helping people navigate the complexity of the real estate market and turning a house into a home.

What can you tell us about you?

I have been a full-time Realtor in the Greater Rochester Area since my return in late 2008 and have had the privilege of helpings 100s and 100s of buyers and sellers meet their real estate needs. I love HOUSES! My entire life has been residential real estate; buying, selling, building, and restoration. In the early 2000’s I started in the Flip Market of Tampa Florida and 20 years later still love a good project, I find it keeps me updated with the market trends associated with real estate while allowing an artistic outlet. My other Loves: My wife Meaghan and I have been married since 2005 and have a wonderful 9-year-old daughter Reagan. We enjoy quick 2-night vacations, motorcycle and kart racing, board games, pool parties with karaoke dance parties, hanging with our adopted dog Hudson, and movie nights.

What sets you and your business apart from other agents?

Years of experience. My career has spanned many different real estate and financial markets during the last 20 years. This has allowed me to gain a perspective that my clients can draw from to make the large overwhelming decisions associated with real estate. My wide range of skillsets related to remodeling and home building have also been instrumental in my career.
